Which full service marketing agency fits a mid-sized company in Belgium?
Copy for AI
A good full service marketing agency for a mid-sized company in Belgium has one team steer all your channels toward one goal: pipeline. Think SEO, Google Ads, paid social, content and your website. Customer Impact does that for B2B, without organic community management. Other Belgian agencies below cover that part too. Always ask, channel by channel, who does the work.
Your SEO agency reports green numbers. So does your ads freelancer, and so does the person who runs your social. Yet your pipeline is flat, and nobody owns the whole picture. Meanwhile you have become the unpaid project manager of three suppliers. Looking for a full service marketing agency for B2B growth that steers on pipeline? Then first read what such an agency should have in-house.
What should a full service marketing agency have in-house?
A full service marketing agency takes on strategy and execution across several channels, with one point of contact accountable for the result. A 360 marketing agency promises the same. The difference lies in what is truly in-house and what is quietly outsourced. Use this table as a checklist during your first meeting.
| SEO, paid advertising and social media: discipline | What the agency does | At Customer Impact | Ask this |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEO | Technical work, content built on search intent, authority | Yes, in-house | Does it steer on enquiries or on rankings? |
| Google Ads | Campaigns, bidding, landing pages | Yes, in-house | Who manages the account and in whose name is it? |
| Paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) | Ads aimed at audiences who are not searching yet | Yes, in-house | Is it measured all the way into your CRM? |
| Organic social and community management | Posting daily, replying, content calendar | No | Does the agency have its own community team? |
| Content | Articles, case studies, landing pages | Yes, in NL, FR, EN and DE | Who writes it: a dedicated writer or a freelancer? |
| Website and CRO | Build, speed, conversion optimisation | Yes, in-house | Who runs the tests, and what was the last winning test? |
| Branding | Positioning, identity, copy | Yes, tailored after an intake | Is that an in-house studio or a partner? |
| Data and reporting | Tracking, dashboards, attribution | Yes, in-house | Does the report show leads and pipeline per channel? |
| AI visibility (GEO) | Getting found in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews | Yes, with monthly tracking of buyer prompts | Which buyer questions does the agency track? |
Ask for each channel who executes it: in-house or outsourced. Outsourcing is not wrong. It does become a problem when you only hear about it after signing. For the rhythm after kick-off, read what a marketing agency does every month.

| Krokant | Boom | Branding, marketing, web design, communication, PR | SMEs, larger companies and public bodies that want communication and PR together |
| Springbok | Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, South Africa | SEO, CRO, performance, social, content, campaigns, data | Large consumer brands with a big budget across several countries |

If a service is not in the table, we did not find it on the pages we opened. So check it yourself. For a broader comparison, see our overview of the best digital marketing agencies in Belgium.
Which agency fits a mid-sized company?
According to the European Commission, a medium-sized company has fewer than 250 employees. On top of that comes a turnover of up to 50 million euros or a balance sheet total of up to 43 million euros. So different rules apply to mid-sized companies than to a multinational.
You usually have a marketing team of one to five people. That team needs a partner that thinks along and executes, not an agency that only advises. Two rules of thumb:
- Agency size follows your budget. If you are the smallest client, you rarely get the senior team from the pitch.
- Specialisation follows your market. A B2B company with a sales cycle of months needs different measurement than an online store.
Read more about that trade-off in large or specialised agency. Also considering a freelancer or your own team? Then first compare agency, freelancer or in-house.
Can one agency manage SEO, advertising and social media at the same time?
Yes, if one strategist owns the plan and measures every channel against the same goal. Without that owner you get three teams each defending their own number. A classic example: you buy your brand name in Google Ads while your SEO page already ranks at the top. Two suppliers are then paying or working for the same click.
Google offers a report for this itself. According to the Google Ads help page, the paid and organic report helps you understand “how paid text ads and organic search results work together”. A full service agency uses that data to shift budget to where it returns the most.
What that means for us in practice: we manage SEO, Google Ads and paid advertising on Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, plus content and your website. We run B2B advertising on social, not day-to-day community management. If you want someone to look after your Instagram and Facebook every day, you need a different agency for that.
What does a full service approach deliver?
The proof of full service is not in a list of services, but in one result across several channels. Three examples from our own work:
| Client | Channels | Result | Period |
|---|---|---|---|
| AF Vandevorst | Google Ads, Facebook, CRO, email | ”+164% online revenue growth”, “+17% higher conversion rate”, “25% of revenue from email marketing” | Not stated in the case |
| Suivo, most efficient quarter | Performance marketing, content, funnel | ”+31% more reach than a full year earlier, with half the media budget”, “-61% lower cost per lead”, “lead-to-opportunity ratio rose from 19% to 28%“ | 2025 |
| Suivo, shift to inbound | Strategy, website, lead generation | ”+142% pipeline via web”, “85% of total pipeline now comes via web” | 2024 to 2025 |
For B2B software company Kaizo we built a full-funnel growth engine for SaaS. There, positioning, SEO, content and advertising work as one fractional marketing team, without a full in-house team.
Full service is not always the best choice. When a specialist works better, you can read in specialist or full service agency.
When we are not the right choice
- Looking for someone to run your Instagram and Facebook daily, create posts and reply to your community? We do not do that. Choose a social media agency or a full service agency with a community team.
- Want TV, outdoor and media buying across several countries under one roof? Then a large network agency is a better fit.
- Is a heavy technical SEO migration or a platform build on the roadmap? Bring in a specialist alongside your regular partner.
- Do you mainly sell to consumers through retail and packaging? Then a creative full service advertising agency fits better than a B2B growth team.
Not sure whether we are a fit? Get in touch and within 24 hours you will hear whether we are the right partner.
Frequently asked questions
What does a full service marketing agency cost per month?
That depends on the channels. At Customer Impact, SEO costs 2,450, 4,500 or 8,500 euros per month. Advertising packages across Google, Meta and LinkedIn cost 3,750, 4,450 or 5,250 euros per month, a single channel from 950 euros. Lead generation costs 3,750, 5,950 or 9,500 euros per month. Your media budget comes on top. The minimum is three months, with no setup fee.
Is a full service agency the same as a 360 agency?
Usually yes, both terms promise every channel under one roof. So always ask which channels are truly in-house and which are outsourced.
How do you check what a full service agency really has in-house?
Ask for each channel who does the work: the agency’s own team, a partner or a freelancer. Also ask for a case per channel with a figure and a period.
