From technology to customers.
Tanguy started his career in IT. There he discovered something many companies overlook: technology is rarely the real problem. The true challenge is winning and keeping customers.
That insight became the seed of Customer Impact. We extend your marketing and sales team with strategies, analyses and tools that integrate seamlessly and drive growth. No one-off campaigns, but a system that connects marketing and sales and keeps performing.
Today, more than 10 years later, we help startups, scale-ups and established companies build their digital growth engine. Always with the same goal: more leads, more revenue and stronger brands, fully measurable. And yes, we love doing it.

The founder
Marketing with numbers and psychology.
Tanguy works at the intersection of data-driven marketing and behavioral science. He helps ambitious companies maximize their online ROI by understanding what truly moves people, and turning that into measurable growth.
In recent years he also became a pioneer in GEO (Generative Engine Optimization): the new discipline that makes brands visible inside AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. He wrote the book The End of Search about it.
Tanguy holds a Master in Management and Marketing (Magna Cum Laude, AP University of Applied Sciences, Antwerp) and built up experience at several agencies and tech companies before founding Customer Impact.
