2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need. In practice, this concerns the following data.
Data you provide to us yourself
- Through the quote or intake form (on /pricing): your email address, phone number (optional), your goal, your indicative budget, your timing and the details you type in yourself.
- Through a download: the details you fill in to receive a guide, template or other document, such as your name and email address.
- Through the newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
- Through email or phone: the content of your message and the contact details you share with it.
Data collected automatically
- Technical log data: our hosting partner processes standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. This is necessary to serve the website securely and reliably.
- Fonts: our website loads fonts via Google Fonts. In doing so, your IP address is technically passed on to Google in order to deliver the font.
On this website we use no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies to follow your behaviour.
3. Why we use your data
- To answer your request and provide a tailored approach or price indication.
- To deliver the document you requested.
- To send our newsletter, if you have subscribed to it.
- To communicate with you about a possible or ongoing collaboration.
- To keep our website secure, functional and free of misuse.
- To comply with our legal obligations (such as accounting).
We never sell your data to third parties and do not use it for purposes not stated here.
4. On what legal basis
We only process your data when there is a valid basis for doing so:
- Your consent: for example for the newsletter. You can always withdraw it.
- The performance of a contract: or steps taken at your request to enter into a contract, such as following up on your request.
- Our legitimate interest: for example to improve our services and secure the website, always with respect for your rights.
- A legal obligation: for example keeping invoices.
5. How long we keep data
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we collected it.
- Requests and correspondence: for as long as it is useful for follow-up, and after that up to a maximum of 2 years after the last contact.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Client data: for the duration of the collaboration and the statutory retention periods that follow.
- Accounting data: 7 years, as required by law.
6. Who we share data with
We work with a limited number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf (processors). We make the necessary arrangements with them to protect your data.
- Vercel: hosting of the website.
- Resend: sending emails, such as the confirmation of your request and our internal notification.
- Google Fonts: delivering the fonts on the website.
In addition, we may share data if the law requires us to do so, for example at the request of a competent authority.
7. Transfers outside the EU
Some of our service providers are established outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. When data is transferred there, this takes place with appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or a valid adequacy framework. This keeps your data protection equivalent to that within the EU.
8. Cookies and tracking
This website places no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools that follow you across websites. There is therefore also no need for a cookie banner.
Should this change in the future (for example if we want to measure anonymous statistics), we will update this statement and, where required, first ask for your consent.
9. How we secure your data
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Think of an encrypted connection (HTTPS), limited access to data and carefully chosen service providers. No website or processing is entirely risk-free, but we do everything we can to keep the chance of problems as small as possible.
10. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have a number of rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: knowing what data we hold about you.
- Rectification: having incorrect data corrected.
- Erasure: having your data deleted ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: temporarily suspending the processing.
- Objection: objecting to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Portability: receiving your data in a readable format.
- Withdrawing consent: where the processing is based on your consent.
Would you like to exercise one of these rights? Email us at hello@customerimpact.be. We respond in principle within 30 days. To protect you, we may ask you to confirm your identity.
11. Filing a complaint
Are you not satisfied with how we handle your data? Let us know first, and we will look for a solution together. You always have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Because Digitalk Limited is established in Malta, our lead supervisory authority is the Maltese data protection authority:

- Phone: +356 2328 7100
- Email: idpc.info@idpc.org.mt

12. Changes to this statement
We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example if our services or the legislation change. The most recent version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
