Google Shopping feed
Product data that gets your products into Google Shopping.
In Google Shopping, your product data decides whether your product gets shown, not your bid alone. We put your product feed and Merchant Center in order: no disapprovals, correct GTINs, titles on the terms buyers search for and Product schema on your site, so your products are visible in Shopping, in free listings and in AI answers.

Trusted by growing brands
Sound familiar?
Part of our products is disapproved in Merchant Center and nobody knows why.
Competitors appear in Shopping for our own bestselling product.
Our product titles are internal names no buyer ever types.
We have no GTINs, or they are wrong.
Price and stock in the feed lag behind the webshop.
How we help
We treat your feed as a product: first all errors and disapprovals out, then the data Google needs to match your product to the right search, and finally titles and attributes that play on buying intent. Your campaigns only work well when the data underneath is right.
Why Customer Impact
Why our approach is different.
First the diagnosis in Merchant Center
We read every warning and disapproval and look for the cause in your webshop, your feed or your settings.
Data to Google's specification
Required attributes, unique product identifiers and the right categories, so Google can match your product correctly.
Titles and attributes for buyers
Product titles on the terms buyers search for, with brand, type, size or colour where it matters.
Feed and site aligned
Price, stock and Product schema on your site match the feed. That way you avoid disapprovals caused by mismatches.
About Customer Impact
The missing piece of your growth puzzle.
Customer Impact is a digital marketing agency founded by Tanguy De Keyzer. For more than 10 years we have been building the growth engine of startups, scale-ups and established companies.
Customer Impact runs Google Ads for webshops and B2B companies. Because Shopping campaigns stand or fall with the product data, we take the feed as seriously as the bid. The same team sees both sides.
What we stand for:
- Efficiency over volume: the right levers, not more noise
- Every euro measurable, from lead to revenue
- Marketing and sales aligned around the same goals
- Strategy and execution, under one roof

A Google Shopping feed that works
Google Shopping does not show ad copy you write yourself. It builds your ad from your product data: title, image, price and product identifiers. If that data is wrong, Google shows your product less often, to the wrong searcher, or not at all. That is why a strong Shopping presence starts with the feed.
We start in Merchant Center. How to set up that account, read in Google Merchant Center setup. Then we bring your product data in line with Google’s product data specification and optimise it. You can read the full approach in Google Shopping feed optimization.
GTINs and product identifiers
Google uses unique product identifiers to match your product to the right search. According to Google, products with a missing or incorrect GTIN may have limited visibility, and a product that has a GTIN but is submitted without it can be disapproved. We check your identifiers, fill them in where possible and set the right exceptions for your own products.
Product schema on your site
Your feed and your product page must say the same thing. With Product schema on your pages you also give price, availability and product identifiers to Google Search and other systems that read your site. That way you avoid disapprovals caused by mismatches and your product becomes understandable beyond Shopping.
Who is this for?
For webshops with a catalogue of tens to thousands of products, for brands that want to use Shopping alongside their search campaigns and for companies whose products are disapproved or poorly visible. The feed is the foundation under your campaigns in Google Ads. How Shopping compares to Performance Max, read in Performance Max vs Shopping, and tips for the campaigns themselves in Google Shopping optimization.

Related knowledge
In Shopping we often see companies raising their bid while the problem is in the feed: a title nobody searches for, a missing GTIN or a price that does not match the site. Whoever fixes the data first gets more out of the same budget.

Frequently asked questions
What does it cost to get a Google Shopping feed in order? +
We work on request, because the effort varies a lot. What drives the effort: the number of products and variants, the number of disapprovals, whether you have GTINs, your webshop platform, the number of countries and languages and whether we also run the campaigns. After a feed audit you get a proposal with a clear scope.
Why are my products disapproved in Merchant Center? +
The most common causes are missing or wrong product identifiers, a price or stock level that does not match the site, missing shipping information and policy violations. Merchant Center gives a reason per product; we look for the cause in your webshop or your feed.
Do I need a GTIN? +
If your product has a GTIN from the manufacturer, yes. Google says products with a missing or incorrect GTIN may have limited visibility, and that a product that has a GTIN but is submitted without it can be disapproved. Different rules apply to your own products without a GTIN.
What is the difference between the feed and Product schema? +
The feed sends your product data to Merchant Center. Product schema sits on your product page and tells Google and other systems what is on the page. Both must be right and match each other.
Do you also run the Shopping campaigns? +
Yes, through our Google Ads service. Many clients start with the feed and then have us run the campaigns too, but you can also have the feed optimised on its own.
Does this work with WooCommerce, Shopify or Magento? +
Yes. We work with the feed your platform produces and improve it with rules and supplemental feeds, or adjust the source in your webshop if that is better.
