Local SEO and reviews
Found in Google Maps, chosen for your reviews.
Anyone searching for your service in your area first sees the map with three businesses. We make sure you are among them: a Google Business Profile that is complete and current, a fixed way of asking for and replying to reviews, and local pages that Google and AI assistants understand.

Trusted by growing brands
Sound familiar?
Competitors with less experience rank above us in Google Maps.
We have a few bad reviews and nobody ever replied to them.
Happy customers rarely leave a review.
Our Google Business Profile was created years ago and nobody manages it.
We have several locations, but only the head office gets found.
How we help
We turn your local presence into a fixed process: a profile that is accurate and active, reviews that come in regularly and always get a reply, and local pages on your site that support the profile. That builds relevance and prominence, exactly the signals Google uses to rank locally.
Why Customer Impact
Why our approach is different.
We work on the signals Google names
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. You cannot change distance; relevance and prominence you can. That is what we steer on.
Reviews as a process, not a campaign
A review link, a QR card and a fixed moment in your customer contact. So reviews come in regularly instead of in one spike.
Every review gets a reply
Positive or negative: we write replies in your tone, or teach your team to do it. We report unfair reviews according to Google's policy.
Local in Google and in AI
AI assistants pull local recommendations from the same sources: your profile, your reviews, your site and mentions elsewhere. We make those sources consistent.

Local SEO: where the decision is made
When someone looks for a dentist, a lawyer, an installer or a restaurant nearby, they first see a map with three businesses. Whoever is there gets the call. According to Google, relevance, distance and prominence together decide who appears there, and the number of reviews and the rating count towards that prominence.
Local SEO is the work of getting into those three and staying there. It starts with a complete profile and never ends: reviews have to keep coming in and replies have to keep following. You can read the basics in our guide on local SEO and in optimising your Google Business Profile.
Asking for and replying to reviews
Reviews are the most visible part of your profile. They help decide whether you show up and whether someone chooses you. We set up a fixed way to ask customers for Google reviews, with a review link and a QR card, and we reply to your Google reviews in your tone. Google itself recommends responding to reviews.
A negative review is no disaster if it gets a good reply. If it breaks Google’s contribution policy, we report it. How that works, read in handling negative Google reviews.
Want to start right away? Create your Google review link and QR code for free and put your reviews next to the local top 3.
Locally visible in AI answers
People increasingly ask ChatGPT or Google AI questions like “best installer in Ghent”. Those answers rely on the same sources: your profile, your reviews, your website and mentions elsewhere. How to show up there locally, read in local SEO for AI. For the wider approach there is our GEO agency service.
Who is this for?
For businesses with a physical location or a fixed service area: practices, offices, shops, installers, hospitality and service providers with several locations in Belgium or the Netherlands. Local SEO ties in with our SEO service.

Related knowledge
With local businesses we often see the same pattern: many happy customers, few reviews and a profile nobody has touched in years. Whoever gives asking for and replying to reviews a fixed place in customer contact builds a lead that competitors find hard to close.

In all honesty
Who is this not for?
- You want to buy reviews or have them written: that is against Google's policy and we do not do it.
- You have no physical address and no service area: then a Google Business Profile is not the right route.
- You only want negative reviews removed: removal is only possible if a review breaks the policy.

Frequently asked questions
What does local SEO cost? +
We work on request, because the effort varies a lot. What drives the effort: the number of locations, the state of your profile and your reviews, how much competition there is in your area, whether local pages need to be built and whether we take over replying to reviews for you. After a short baseline you get a proposal with a clear scope.
How do I rank higher in Google Maps? +
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. You raise relevance with a complete profile and the right categories, and prominence with reviews, listings and links to your site. You cannot influence the distance to the searcher.
Should I reply to every review? +
Yes, ideally. Google itself says replying to reviews shows you value feedback. A short, personal reply to a positive review and a calm, concrete reply to a negative one work best.
Can a negative review be removed? +
Only if it breaks Google's policy, for example spam, hateful content or a review that is not about a real experience. Then we report it. An honest, critical review does not disappear; a good reply is then the best response.
Are we allowed to ask customers for a review? +
Yes. Asking is allowed, but you may not offer a reward in exchange for a review and you may not select only happy customers. We set up a moment to ask that stays within the policy.
Does local SEO also work for AI assistants? +
Yes. Anyone asking ChatGPT or Google AI for the best service provider in a city gets an answer based on your profile, your reviews, your site and mentions elsewhere. The same foundation helps in both.
How do I compare with my competitors today? +
Ask for a local baseline. We compare your rating, your number of reviews and the share of reviews you replied to with the local top three.
