From events to inbound

We shifted Suivo’s pipeline from an event-driven model to an inbound engine. The website is now the dominant source of growth.

The challenge

Dependent on one peak per year

Events deliver visibility and volume, but they concentrate growth in a few busy weeks and leave a void afterwards. A pipeline that leans on a single peak is fragile.

The decision: shift the center of gravity to an inbound engine that delivers all year round, with events as reinforcement rather than the foundation.

The Suivo and Customer Impact teams together, with Axel Soomers of Suivo

The result

Web became the core of the pipeline

+142%

more pipeline via the website

85%

of the total pipeline now comes via the web

8×

more effective than events in realized revenue

One page stands out: the pricing page alone accounts for around 61% of all digital inflow. A clear signal of where the intent lies, and where we keep building.

The shift

Three moves that made the difference

01

From one peak to a balanced engine

The old approach relied on one big event peak per year. We built a multichannel engine that delivers leads all year round, aligned with strategic moments.

02

The website as growth engine

Web now scales across every stage of the funnel: from first request to proposal. It has grown into the core of the commercial pipeline.

03

Sharper pre-qualification

Better digital filtering means more of what comes in actually fits. The number of lost web leads fell by more than 31%.

With +32% more leads year over year, the balanced engine proved itself not only on volume, but also on stability and quality.
