Bounce Rate
The percentage of visitors who leave your page without further action, a signal of mismatch or friction.

What is bounce rate?
Bounce rate is the percentage of visitors who leave after one page without clicking further or taking an action. If someone comes in, looks around and leaves the site again, that is a “bounce”.
What it tells you
A high bounce rate is not a disaster in itself, but it is a signal: maybe the message does not match the expectation, the page loads too slowly, or the next step is unclear. On a landing page focused on conversion, a high bounce is usually bad news.
What you do with it
Always read bounce rate in the context of the page and the source of the traffic. Improve the match between ad and page, speed up the loading time and make the next step crystal clear, then the bounce drops and your conversion rises.
From theory to growth.
