From page two to page one, without a single bought link
Tryve is a monday.com Platinum partner in four markets. Its service pages did show up in Google, but hardly anyone clicked. We started with the titles, then built content around real search questions and linked everything to the right service.

The service pages ranked, but were rarely clicked. Titles and descriptions did not mention "monday.com", even though that is exactly what buyers type.
Rewrote 93 titles and descriptions, disavowed spam links, added structured data, published articles per search intent and placed 71 internal links to the service pages.
Average position from 25.2 to 12.8. "monday partner" went from #18 to #2 and 9 of the 10 focus keywords are now on page one.
Being found is not the same as being clicked
At the kick-off on 26 May we started with an SEO audit. The most striking finding: Tryve's service pages already appeared in Google for many searches, but got few clicks. The reason was in the search results themselves. Buyers search for "monday.com partner" or "monday implementation", and that word was missing from Tryve's titles and descriptions. Anyone scanning the results could not see straight away that Tryve was the partner they were looking for.
On top of that, the pages sat around position 25 on average (May), so on page two or three. The Google core update in June did not make things easier: impressions dipped for a while. And 245 spam domains were linking to the site, something you would rather not leave lying around.
The approach, step by step
An audit before any change
For each service page we put the impressions, positions and clicks from Search Console next to the keywords buyers actually use. That showed where Tryve was already visible but not chosen. How we do it is in our step-by-step plan for an SEO audit.
93 titles and descriptions rewritten
Every title got "monday.com" and the service in it, in the language of the page. The description says what you get and for whom. This is the fastest win in SEO: you do not change the ranking, you change the searcher's choice. More in title tag and meta description.
The technical basics cleaned up
245 spam domains disavowed and structured data added to six key pages, so Google better understands who Tryve is and what it offers.
One page per search intent
We made a plan in which every search intent gets one page per language: implementation, training, consultancy, the Scan. That way pages do not compete with each other for the same search and Google knows which page is the answer.
Content that leads to the service
The articles on implementation cost, adoption, governance and integrations each link to the service that goes with them. In total we placed 71 internal links from articles and wiki pages to the service pages.
Measuring every week in Ahrefs and Search Console
We track 241 keywords in four languages, with competitors and target pages. That shows not only whether you rise, but also which page Google picks and where a competitor overtakes you.
Why we made these choices
Why we started with the titles and not with backlinks. A page in position 8 that nobody clicks delivers nothing. Google itself says the title in the search results should be descriptive and concise, and that a description should accurately describe the specific page. That is cheap, fast and risk-free. Bought links are the opposite: expensive, slow and they can harm your site for years.
Why the software brand had to be in the title. B2B buyers do not search for "work management consultancy". They search for the tool they already have or want to buy, plus what they need: partner, implementation, training. Putting the buyer's language in the title is the shortest route to a click.
Why internal links carry so much weight. Google recommends that every page you care about has a link from at least one other page, with descriptive anchor text. Articles attract visitors and authority. A link to the right service passes that authority on to the page that generates leads.
Why we stay honest about the clicks. The position improved strongly, but organic clicks stayed around 270 to 320 a month. Most pages sit just below or just on page one, and that is where clicks only really start to come. SEO content needs three to six months to mature. So we steer on visibility and positions first, and treat clicks as the next signal.
Before and after, in numbers
What it delivered
average Google position, May to September
for "monday partner", the biggest riser
focus keywords on page one of Google
Searches such as "monday.com partner", "monday partner" and "platinum partner" moved from page two to the top of page one. English and German implementation searches rose two to five places. Not everything went up: Dutch implementation terms slipped from #2 to #6, and the training page is still on page three. That is the next opportunity. What companies ask us about this approach
Why does my page rank but nobody clicks? +
Usually because the title and description do not contain the words people type. Put the name of what they are looking for and the service you deliver at the front of the title. At Tryve that was the first and fastest win.
How fast do rewritten titles show results? +
Google often picks up new titles within a few days to weeks. You first see the effect in the click-through rate in Search Console, before the position changes.
Do you need backlinks to reach page one? +
Not as a first step. Tryve went from an average position of 25 to 13 without bought links: with better titles, a cleaned-up link profile, structured data, content per search intent and internal links.
Why do clicks not rise straight away with the positions? +
Because most clicks go to the first five results. A page that moves from position 25 to 13 is far more visible, but the big jump in clicks only comes at the top of page one.
How many keywords should you track? +
Enough to cover every service in every language. For Tryve that is 241 keywords in four languages. Start with the ten closest to an enquiry, and expand once you have those under control.
