Storytelling
Wrapping your message in a story, so it sticks and evokes emotion and trust.

What is storytelling?
Storytelling in marketing is wrapping your message in a story instead of a list of facts. A relatable character, a problem and a solution make your point concrete, human and easier to remember.
Why stories work
People remember stories far better than isolated facts, and stories evoke emotion and trust. In B2B, where products are complex and abstract, a good story makes clear what your solution means in practice for the customer.
How to apply it
Put not yourself but your customer at the centre as the hero: their challenge, their transformation, with your solution as the guide. Case studies, customer stories and a strong brand narrative are the natural places to deploy storytelling.
